Simply slide the cuffs over each of the hand grips, pull the strap ends snug and attach the tie downs to the strap end loops. The heavy duty nylon web strap is constructed with a soft velour friction pad to protect the fuel tank finish. The 37: Bar Harness is for use on bikes with handlebars measuring up to 32 wide.
