QUESTION:  I have used the product a number of times and love it I'm thinking about the risers for my 1999 blackbird and am concerned that after mounting the spacer there will be a portion of the bar that is no longer able to grab the tube...if that makes sense. I suspect that the supplied tube is part of the answer...let me know if you have heard this concern before and if i am missing something thanks
ANSWER:  Hi, We have heard this concern before. After the risers are installed, there will be less of the handlebar pinching around the fork tubes. However, we have done considerable stress testing and when the risers are installed properly, the handlebars will bend before the risers fail. The tube allows the handlebars to pinch evenly and get a tight grip around the fork tubes. Thanks for the inquiry, Scott-GenMar
QUESTION:  Scott, I have heli bars on my 2002 VFR ABS HONDA. I'm still not happy. I don't quite understand how these risers mount. My ques. is can I use these risers in conjunction with my heli bars??? If so I think that would be just right. Thanks Kork
ANSWER:  Hi, We have not tried our risers with Helibars here in the shop. However, we have had customer feedback and many customers have used our risers in conjunction with Helibars. Thanks for the inquiry, Scott-GenMar
QUESTION:  On a Honda CBR1100 '07 model,By raising the bars and fitting the risers underneath is there still a safe amount of room for the bars to grab?

QUESTION:  These Risers don't look like they will work on my 2002 CBR1100xx because of the brake master cyclinder hose being stationary and there is no slack to raise the hose for mounthing the riser on the left side.is there a solution to this.
ANSWER:  We have never had to change the brake hose on the 02 1100xx when installing our risers. The hose may be zip-tied holding the extra slack. We have offered the risers for the 1100xx since the bike first came out, and have never had to change the brake hose when installing the risers. Is the brake hose stock? Thank you, Scott-GenMar
