| ANSWER: Hello! This part is designed as a "saddle" style mount. it does not wrap around the bars, but rather, sets over the bar and is held in place with a hidden (stainless steel) set-screw. | ANSWER: Hi Charles! There are TWO items that look identical but have different internal mount sizes to accomodate either a standard 1" bar or a larger 1-1/4" bar.
