The clear taillight lens are made of high quality injected plastic and assembled using state of the art machinery. Complete units consist of the lens and the housing assembly sealed as one. Most of the taillight assemblies are DOT approved using a newly designed patent pending red insert. In addition to the inserts the inside of the housing is both metalized (chromed) and the lens pattern reshaped to enhance the output of the lights. These taillights incorporate amber LED turnsignals in addition to the red stop/taillight LEDs. When the turnsignal is activated it cancels the red taillight side and blinks with amber LEDs. Resistors are included.
