QUESTION: 03 VS1400 INTRUDER...EXTRA HDWR? WILL MY STOCK BAGS STILL WORK THE SAME?

ANSWER: This will come with all hardware needed. This is an extension of your stock back rest and this will not interfere with your bags.

QUESTION: I have a 91 VS750 Intruder with its stock sissy bar. Can I install this item on my bike's sissy bar? Do I need any other stay or bracket? Thanks

ANSWER: Yes, this backrest mount right up with the stock set up to make it taller. You will not need anything else, all of the hardware is included.

QUESTION: I have a 1993 VS800 intruder Your chart does not show it as an extension. Does this mean that its the entire replacement backrest? If it is the entire rest, is it the short one or the taller one?

ANSWER: This backrest will be in addition to your stock backrest, yes an extention. It would be considerd the tall backerst, as it goes over the stock on and is similar in hight to the tall backrest.

QUESTION: I have a 2002 Intruder 800 with the short sissy bar/backrest. From the picture, it looks like this bolts on to extend the height of the existing setup, not replace it. Is that correct? Is there also a luggage rack to go with this? Txs

ANSWER: Yes, that is correct this is an extension of the backrest. The rack for this application is part number 31-4000-01.

QUESTION: I am looking for a taller backrest for my passenger. I have a 2001 Volusia 800K. I'd like to find something that I can replace the short backrest that is now on there. Looks as though I should just be able to undo the four bolts on the chrome frame, replace the cushion and put the bolts back in. Thanks.

ANSWER: Unfortunately, the set up for this bike does not take the universal set up that offers different sizes of backrest. the backrest that is on there now is the only one that is offered for your set up.

QUESTION: Will this fit my Suzuki VS 600 Intruder - make year 1995?

ANSWER: No, Jardine has never designed one for a 600 cc bike.
