QUESTION: Looking into the CAO-1913-CP. Do these come in red? Also, what do you mean by self flashing.? And are they 12 volt? I am building a minature T Bucket roadster to match my big T bucket and thinking these pretty much match the tail lights on my big one. Also is that $21.18 for one or two? Thanks
